How does pricing work with Summit Cabinet Coatings?

There are many different factors that will have an effect on your custom project quote. This is why a member of our team needs to do a walk-through at your project site in order to understand the full scope of the work. Once this is done, we are able to provide you with a finalized proposal. Every project is unique! Learn more about our pricing process below.

Kitchen Specs

When pricing a cabinet refacing or resurfacing project, our team will record the number of doors, drawer fronts, and panels inside your kitchen space. We’ll take all areas of replacement into consideration, along with taking into account islands and other unique structures in the project area. Additionally, we will look into what kind of hardware replacements will be required to complete the project.

Condition

Along with the overall footprint and layout of your kitchen space, we will need to understand the overall condition of your cabinets (damage, grease build-up, etc). Our finish quality provides you with the quality of brand new cabinets, so we need to understand the level of preparation and filling/re-sculpting work needed to accomplish this.

Square Footage

Lastly, we measure the overall footprint of your kitchen. We’ll measure the square footage and use those numbers to help us decipher the estimated amount of materials and labor that will be required to complete your project to spec.
